Cheryl Salce
Director and 4 Year Old Class Teacher

"I am the co-founder of KKCP and the mother to 3 grown children. I have a Master's degree in Special Education. Prior to KKCP I worked at Forever Growing. I am blessed to have a job I love and am thankful to be able to partner with the Lord to accomplish His vision and His work for the families in Rome and surrounding area."

Ann Marie Hunzinger
4 Year Old Class Teacher

"I am a married mother of 3 college-aged children and a life long resident of Rome. I have been working with children for over 20 years and have been with Kings Kids Preschool for 15 years. My daughter was in the very first KKCP class. I am currently working towards my Child Development Associate certificate. I am also the Director of Religious Education at my church.
I am grateful for the opportunity to work at KKCP to prepare the students academically for Kindergarten in an environment that allows me to share my love for Jesus in the classroom and with the children."

Nicole Ingerick
3 Year Old Class Teacher

"I am a wife and mother of 2. Before working at Kings Kids I was employed by the Rome City School District as a Teachers Assistant. Both my son and daughter attended KKCP before I became employed at the preschool. The Christ-centered program always held a special place in our hearts. When the opportunity arose to become a TA here I was blessed to become a part of the preschool family. I have worked in both the 3 year old and 4 year old classes. I am currently working on my Child Development Associate certificate."

Jennifer Stackhouse
3 Year Old Class Teacher

"I have a Bachelor's degree from Nyack College in Business. I have served in various forms of children's ministry over the years from nursery, children's church, and youth camp counselor. My family has been richly blessed by the ministry of King's Kids. They have been there for my family in good times and in heartbreaking illness, showering us in prayers. I am a mother of three boys, all of which attended the preschool for 3 and 4. It is a blessing to now be a part of continuing on in the partnership with them in impacting the lives of children and their families."

Erin Czerwinski
4 Year Old Class Teacher

"I am originally from Pennsylvania and new to Rome within the past 5 years. My undergraduate background is in education and psychology, and my graduate background is in higher education. I joined KKCP in the fall of 2022 and my children have also attended the program."

Michelle D'Aiuto
4 Year Old Class Teacher

"I met my husband, a Rome native, at Marist College, where I majored in biology. I am originally from Long Island but I knew Rome would be a wonderful place to raise a family and so we relocated here in 1998. I began my journey at King's Kids volunteering when my oldest daughter attended in 2009. I loved my time volunteering so much, I never left. I have spent time in both the 3 and 4 year old classrooms. I find both age groups a pleasure to work with and I enjoy getting to know our King’s Kids families. I am blessed that I get to spend every day doing such rewarding work."

Rachael Baldwin
Float & Afternoon Care

"I have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and have served in various roles involving children for 13+ years. I have also worked/volunteered for various ministries/non-profits over the past several years.
I have lived in Rome for 10+ years and all 4 of my children have attended KKCP. My husband and I love the foundation that the program lays for children spiritually, emotionally, socially, & academically. When God opened the door for me to come on staff in 2022 I couldn't pass up the opportunity and I am so thankful to be here!"

Tara Arsenault
Substitute

"My husband, kids, and I relocated from Philly to be near family in Rome in 2021. We were so fortunate to enroll our son and daughter at Kings Kids and appreciate the love and guidance they received. Although my degree is in Veterinary Medicine, I am so grateful to have joined the KKCP team in 2023. I love spending time with and watching students learn and grow!"

Michele Bivona
Substitute

"I have been married 29 years to my husband Brian and we have 3 grown children. Our family began our residency in Rome in 2005. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Seton Hall University.
I was a substitute employee for Rome City School District before being hired here at Kings Kids in September 2020.
Here at KKCP we work as a team. A purposeful, faith-based environment, structured, yet fun, where the children are nurtured, loved, and set up for a successful school career. It has been my pleasure to work alongside these amazing teachers."
